Since February started I have been getting 500 to 3000 Ms ping spikes. I have fallowed everything in this video Lost Ark - How To Fix Network Lag, High Ping & Packet Loss - YouTube . Verified game files 5000 times, contacted my internet provider and checked to see if its a problem on my end and its not. Please fix these ping spikes, I know its a rare issue but I know I’m not the only one. I have been playing since day 1 and had no issues before the start of February 2023. Its literally unplayable with 5000 ping spikes. Or you could enable vpn’s back again exit lag was the goat. Who cares if bots are back they made stuff cheaper anyway.
I’ve moved this over to the support section so our support team can check into this.

If the problem persist once you have tried all the steps, I recommend you to contact our support team by creating a web ticket to help you further with this problem.
Also please make sure to shared the DxDiag once you have reached support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
