Platinum founder pack not found

I started playing for the first time today. I bought a platinum pack from Steam yesterday and created a character for the first time an hour ago. I can’t find the pack anywhere. I do not know where in game I should claim it first. The store icon gives me the error that the store market is under maintenance and the product inventory gives me communication error with billing server.

You are correct, you redeem the Founder Pack from the Product Inventory.
