It was a mistake to send them out. But players had no way to know that. I do not think those players that used their pheons should go negative
by having them deducted. It was your mistake and you should be the ones to eat the cost of it, not the players. If you have to take pheons away at least take it to zero. Making players owe you cause you messed up is incredibly greedy and morally wrong.

The only fair solution is to just give them to everyone either all the same amount or 10 per char it’s to late for their solution
