Playing Lost Ark (steam release) in Korea without VPN over the summer

Hello!
I’ll be spending this whoooole summer in korea (yay)
My only concern is that I still want to play lost ark in korea.
As far as I know, Ill be able to “play” lost ark in korea but not sure about the risk of getting banned for playing it with different IP. (or playing it at not supported region or so)
Any suggestions or future solutions? Thank you for your help in advance!

First of all I want to wish you good luck on this summer trip to Korea! Sounds like a great experience!

Now, regarding playing Lost Ark from there might be tricky because we do not offer support for that region since we are not the publishers there and Korea shouldn’t be a valid region to open our servers, although I will still reach to our teams to understand if there is any kind of work around for this.

Also, please remember that the use of VPN’s are restricted and you will not be able to play with one. Please refer to the next post made by one of our community managers regarding the situation.

So I get the part that I should not be using VPN for any reason.

But am I allowed to play Lost Ark (NA Steam version) while i am staying in Korea? D:
