They need to do ban waves every week… it’s ridiculous that bots can be on 24/7 for WEEKS without hinderance till they’re 1325+

They can’t ban what they can’t detect.
Only bots being banned are the ones players report.
As soon as players stopped caring to report the endless bots they stopped banning bots.
Coincidence?
They have no bot detection system.
I just want AGS/SG to come out and say VERY clearly.
“we have no bot detection system and need to rely on player reports so please help us help you”
That’s it. That’s all they need to say and a good portion of people will rage but a good portion will also do their part for them being honest.
If anything they need to reward players for reporting bots if they can’t detect it themselves.

Gold sellers would just double down with more bots to make it more difficulty to individually report them…
AGS needs to go after the gold BUYERS, they’re the ones causing the demand for all these gold sellers’ bots.

To be honest Amazon and SmileGate should take legal action against individuals conducting RMT business (all RMT business in MMOs where you see bots spamming is illegal) on both ends. They should also push to have those individuals banned from all technology moving forward. People will stop if the consequences are a lifetime ban on technology. Add in the fact if any country isn’t willing to comply with these rules they will be banned from the global internet. This way it becomes an international law and all countries must follow implementing this if they want to participate in the global internet.

Ban the RMTers so there is no need for bots. Instead of a 3 day suspension their accounts need to be erased

I mean AGS/SG just has to make the ingame rmt more appetizing to whales/rmters. If they did people stop buying from third party sites.
They have the system in place. 
GW2 already solved this issue for 10 years now. But I have a feeling SG don’t want to mess with the profit from the exchange and the multiple timegates ingame that would cause someone to turn to the cashshop so they won’t fix it.
Ban waves are ineffective and are not a efficient way to deal with botting.
The bots need to be banned in real time, on a daily basis. Thus each server needs 1-3 paid employee’s or volunteers to go around banning bots in real time. Other MMO’s already do this.
It wont solve botting (not possible) but it will be help with the Western regions queue times for sure.

MMO companies could require that the individual’s IP be linked back to an internet provider. If not they don’t get access to the game servers. That way the individual could be perma-banned by something more credible than just an IP ban.

My fellow comrades plz could u stop trying to tell them what to do? This has no sense at all …we don’t get money from this …is they the only ones that get money from this so is their job to do the things that have to be done …it’s just that they don’t want …and they will never listen to us in anyway …so don’t waste your time …there is unlimited posts already about bots …and the game didn’t improve …since the beginning it has only been getting worse and worse, so why u guys keep and keep trying when they clearly dont care ? Just try to enjoy the game and that’s all if u can’t just leave …in the end this is a game for them but also a business if they don’t care about it dying and losing money cuz of it nothing can be done. The things that they can do all the things can improve the game experience…just any action would have improved the game …but they absolutely have done nothing. Banning VPN usage ? Come on ? Have anyone in their team finished a degree ? Sometimes I am amazed at how this ppl make a lot of money with really low common sense or study …amazing Amazon
you do realize the moment they ban them they just make new accounts and come back the next day.
The queues every week is starting to get old. 2 hours and the queue has went from 6k to 4k.

The way that gold exchange works in the cashshop would make it difficult for them to tweak it. Because when you turn RC into gold, you arent printing gold, you are trading your crystals to another player for their gold.
So if you were to adjust the price to make 1 RC conversion to gold cost less RC, eventually the market would correct itself to the point where the conversion would be Identical.
Also I dont really like the idea of making legit gold cheaper in the first place. Id rather have it be expensive to whale because if gold was dirt cheap, everyone would be buying gold. That would kind of cheapen the experience for me personally. Id rather have the work I did on my character feel meaningful, and if they make it so gold/power is super cheap, it makes actually playing the game for progress feel unrewarding compared to swiping.
They should make a script that crawls the database and ban those character names

We all know why the exchange and to an extent the cash shop is the way it is, and we all know why gold sellers will keep getting business from rmters.
to be fair your f2p char(s) are not meaningful and the progress is unrewarding. compare to an actual whale say rich or shroud or asmon who don’t even really play the game anymore except to swipe when content drops and they’re still many months ahead of you in prog. that’ll never change. sad state of gaming.
honestly i feel like they should just remove EAC as it’s doing nothing against the bots or RMT’s or anything of that sort. people are cheating / botting and they still play the game. it’s not EAC that’s banning them. EAC is just there for decoration and nothing more. everyone knows EAC is a joke that’s why the game is filled with bots and chinese streamers showing how they’re botting LIVE… all EAC is doing is… slowing down the game for all player’s. loading the game takes a while even while it’s on my SSD that’s insane… that’s the only effect EAC has on this game. just slowing it down nothing more.
