Yes, the game was supposed to go live 4h ago, yet issues happened and you guys are trying to work as much as you can with the development team to get this product out. Good luck you guys and thank you for bringing us the game in the first place.
Good showing for key points; do not schedule a major release on Fridays, don’t release with a last minute patch (probably without proper testing to boot), and do not try to jam in last minute feature changes.
However it is another not-so-good showing for AGS trying to launch a MMO; as the dev (New World) nor as a publisher (Lost Ark), to date.
Thats just stupid, how are you supposed to tell an ETA if you don’t have one. Would you rather have the word “Sure it’s done in about 1 hour” and its not done and takes 5 more hours cause another problem came up? They are working on it and as soon as they can tell us anything they will.
Yep, this was easily going to be 1m if not more. Could have even broken Steam records, if Amazon did not decide to do maintenance just before the release. Honestly I feel bad for Smilegate. Then again it is also their fault for making a deal with a publisher that doesn’t have single successful project and 3 failed ones.

You can go sleep without any guilt. The fear of missing out is killing you, not the uncertainty about maintenance end ETA.
They could have said it won’t be online within 10 hours so at least stop people from waiting.
