Just today, I accidentally claimed a many Tier 2 shard pouches on my T3 main char. What a disaster. And what is unfortunate is that these pouches are character bound instead of being roster bond.
We sometimes accidentally claim items on the wrong char(I did this by forgetting to uncheck the claim box, thinking it was cleared after I closed the shop, then click the check box again to claim a different item.).
It will be a quality of life improvement to change the binding from character to roster.
