I pre purchased the Game,i was on vacations so when i came home i lose the pre release day.My Friends start playing before me in Kazeros , the thing is that:

*I cant play with my Friends
*I cant create a character on the server that they are playing
*Even if i create a new character on the server that i cant create a character…i cant redeem the founders and starter pack.
*My Twitch drops…time…

So, as a customer i need a solution.
I need to create a character in that server and get my stuff, stuff that i bought ,It is a simple request or Transfer my character to Kazeros Please do something.

Please do not answer me as “there is no such a feature” because i know that there should be a solution.

I spent money, money that is not easy to earn.Thx

Unfortunately this is something you have to solve yourself. AGS doesn’t provide support in this regard. Tell your friends to start new characters in a less populated server to play with you.

Thats not an option, they spent money too, they have their packs redeemed.

So whats your solution ? They need to create new characters on a new server and lose their money ? I think you are not understanding the situation.
Quit the Game maybe?

I dont know… Is not hard as a developer to just create an item and send It to a new character.
