Please help,I accidentally destroyed an important item that cannot be reacquired

I read the wrong game guide and destroyed this item in the other day, I need it to get the last two mokoko seeds. Please help :smiling_face_with_tear:

I remember thinking I had this happen to me and contacted support, most unhelpful bunch of people. Im hoping the forums can help you and that they put more measures to prevent this happening. Surely they can send items

How can we contact Smilegate for support? Since they should have the ability to provide in-game support.

Using at the moment form means that at another moment it will be possible. I am not in the shoes of that person, but you’re answer scares me. That person could be locked out of his game forever and you wish him a good time in Arkesia ? This is delusional.

They really don’t care about the players … game is full of bots, nothing being done, connection issues, nothing being done … they only cares about how to get more money from a few whales

Dont even try, im trying to get the egg pet since 1.5 months no chance bruh. Total incompetence shown whoever is at fault amazon or and smilegate

" at the moment " means you havent spent enough money on the game yet … ask us again once you have at least 1000$ invested in the game, lol

Unfortunately, we have no contact method for Smilegate as Amazon Games is the official support for Lost Ark.
