Some servers in EU West have already reached “Busy” status this weekend and as the problems in EU Central continue, the new region is becoming more popular.
Please don’t make the same mistakes as you did in EU Central at the beginning and keep a close eye on the situation and the population in EU West. It would be great if you could temporarily lock the full servers in EU West BEFORE there is a queue.
Yes, I know… some will complain that this will also exclude some friends. But everyone had enough time to decide and move to EU West and it also affects only 1 or 2 servers in EU West at the moment. So there are plenty of other servers in the region for anyone who wants to start over.

I agree it needs careful monitoring (which I assume they are doing ??!!?).
A queue at a weekend prime time is probably “normal” for a game this close to launch but the EWest servers have not been busy other than that - so all good so far.
When I read the title I thought you meant “EUC” and just had a typo. But no you actually meant EUW.
Which is ridiculous tbh, there are no signs of any queues and is does not seem like a pragmatic solution to close down (newly released) servers that are supposed to take off at least some of the load EUC has.
So as someone playing on EUW, no thank you. Even IF we get queues they will stay in the hundreds which is very managable.
My request is to close EU West servers BEFORE there is a queue to avoid the same situation as in EU Central. Because some servers there already reached the status “busy” and are nearly full.
Just look at the EU West server status page or the in-game server list during primetime and you will see that already 2 servers show the status “busy”.
My request is to monitor the situation there and react proactively. To avoid the same situation as happened in EU Central. There AGS reacted too late or not at all and we all know where that led to.
closing problematic servers, yes. The whole region? HELL NO, its not reaching EUC levels yet and tehre are still servers on green. Just close critical level servers on EUW if needed be, but leave the region opened. EUC should be completely shut down tho
Yes, I just meant to lock single servers which are full. Not the entire region. The majority of servers still have enough space, so there is no reason to lock all of them. And I also agree with you that EU Central should be closed completely for the time being to not aggravate the situation there.
If you are bad at Math, than Amazon wants you to work for them, cause there is no math involved in calculating this shit on Amazon side they think NA is the biggest the best but missing the Bigger picture that more ppl Live in EU than NA, but yea as i said it think Amazon dont need any good mathematician in theyr ranks, so apply to Amazon if you bad at maths, you will get the jobb. sorry for the Rant,
