The new tripod system is great, but for new and returning players its becoming a nightmare to get a skill upgraded to level 5. I have consumed more than 100 powder of sage only for the RNG to fail everytime. Please provide an option like Hope amulet to upgrade to level 5, or atleast a way to increase the upgrade chance.

Getting to level 4 is good already tbh, getting to level 5 is just a matter to roll for that 20% in RNG with mystery powder which shouldnt take that long just comes down to luck, my Summoner already have lvl 5 on all her tripods and i only do chaos dungeon on rested bonus which is 33% less materials

Yeah we need wish amulets to let people get more lvl 5 tripods on their new alts. Otherwise the advantage older players got from being able to 100% chance their tripods during the change just gets bigger.
The difference between lvl 4 and 5 tripods is really big, enough that probably the bew class without it won’t beat other players with lvl 5. I remember the week after we got the tripod change, clown suddenly became a lot easier. It was because the jump from lvl 4 to 5 tripods was a big dps increase
NO it is not. Level 5 is a big DPS increase and while RNG is good, we also need a way to acquire as a “pity” system.

That’s a big cap.
My reaper hasn’t bought one ( because I’m not paying 10k for a try to get a level 5 tripod). You get like an average of 1 level 5 tripod at max a day without rested, and that’s just 1 try not 1 hit. So you basicly say you got a tripod you need every day and you did hit it every day? Ok
And Mine got two, doing Chaos every day.
To go a step further. I do Chaos every day excluding today = 16. Five of them were rested. So technically 21 If you will. I get a lvl 5 drop roughly every 2-3 Runs so 2.5. As stated above i hit two times so far.
So 21 : 2.5= 8.4 Drops lets make it 9 to be more generous.
9 : 2 = 22.2% Hits.
I need another 16 so:
16= 22.2%-> 72.07 drops i would need.
Drop being every 2.5 chaos is one drop every 1.25 days.
72,07 x 1.25 = 90 days.
And that doesnt factor in that each time i drop and hit the drop chance goes down due to duplicates.
So we’re probably more in the 1 year range.
Im well aware that this was not very accurate.
But just to get a rough estimate how long it would take me with the current rate.

Does Korean region have a way or a method to get insta lvl 5 tripod items aside from constant swiping right now? If they dont then we won’t either until Korea get a way to get instant lvl 5 tripod freely which is a qol we can get somewhere later down the road
The problem ist not even that you have to buy the things. The problem is the supply. I was looking for one tripod for my Soulfist the other day which i overlooked when we got the change. It wasnt listed at all. And even for Summoner the supply is somewhat tight. People dont bother listing those.
And i play on EU Central. Guess people on West have it even worse.

btw, i believe lvl 4 is decent and has high odds, why u force yourself to get 5?
i only have lvl 5 on my main sorc, the rest max at 4 ( maybe 1 or 2 skills are 5), and so far so good with g1-g2 brel on my alts
i mean its fine if max tripod lvl is 10 and u’re struggling to get 5, but come on bruh
People gonna gatekeept you on your ilvl most of the time or title, not ur tripod levels lul

and then ignored by the devs mostlikely, and in anycase if they ever do a lvl 5 tripod guarantee transfer / level up its not gonna be free its just gonna be another swipe to get ahead thing to milk more money
Level 4 is enough tbh, take level 5 as “endgame” most my my alts have Lv4 and they do just fine (im slowly working to get them to lv 5, no rush)
