So you are still using VPN despite the risk of getting banned? I don’t think I will enjoy the end game without VPN either… i really consider using VPN when i reach end game…
I mean we don’t get OCE server at launch, the community have to make the 'unofficial" server to play together, and if VPN is restricted from Australia… i don’t know what else to say…
Just use your VPN If you’re playing from a country that is on the list for lost ark. They have no idea what they’re taking about and you should never get banned if you are playing from a country that has rights to lost ark. VPN as a whole is a legal app that helps with ping, obviously some
other misuse of it is bannable.
This mods have no idea themselves and I am sure you can’t get banned if using it from AU.
I will surely be using it due to no OCE servers.

Another kiwi reporting in, with at least six other kiwi/aus friends who are all going to suffer, most of us with 200ms ping.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but using a VPN for any purpose violates both Steam and Amazon Games Terms of Service so I cannot recommend it as it may lead to repercussions against your account

HI Roxx, can you please highlight where in the Amazon Games TOS it says that the use of a VPN is bannable? All I can see is that it’s bannable to use it to obscure or disguise your location, and it doesn’t say anything specifically about a VPN.
Nothing in the TOS says anything specifically about just the use of a VPN.

Has anyone ever got caught using a vpn though? I’ve been using one on steam for the last 10 years and have never been banned lol

They don’t know themselves.
The problem is AGS is selling a product in a certain region then not supplying the required infrastructure to support the said region and delivering an un-optimal playing experience. They should either supply the server in the location they are selling in or allowing the use of a VPN in legitimate regions covered by the AGS publishing rights ie Aus/NZ to combat a problem they are causing.

Is it written anywhere in your law that using cheat/hacks in gaming is not allowed? If not then you are allowed to use cheats/hacks/trainers freely right? lol
I heard a famous Lost ark streamer got caught using VPN and got banned wether it was true or not… I have no clue… but the official answer from CM

why are you saying things that are clearly incorrect like this? cos its not against the ToS of steam, and steam has said multiple times that nobody will get banned for using a vpn, as long as they arent abusing regional pricing, and the AGS ToS says nothing about a vpn. As you dont offer an OCE server the majority of players from OCE will be using tunnel services to get a better ping to get the game at least somewhat playable. and you want to ban people for doing something that you force them to do with not releasing OCE servers? i thought Amazon would be about fairness but it really doesnt look like it.
