I just have bunch of T1 and T2 mats sitting in my main/alts which is easily enough mat to push additional character to T3 without play farming.
Please consider making bound mats to roster bound mats

Yes! This! A thousand times this! Anything that is “bound” should really be bound to roster, not to character.

if they havnt remove character bound mats all these year from kr release we will never get it. stop whining and play
