I was disconnected before my partners pass Valtan hard model P1,now i didnt get any rewards and i am limited to conitue P2.Please reset my Vltan process,many thanks!

I’m so sorry to hear that you got disconnected in the middle of the dungeon.
I understand how frustrating it is to lose dungeon rewards due to a connection issue. Unfortunately, we have no way to give you back access to manually earn rewards. I apologize for the inconvenience.
So keep in mind that since it’s only been a few minutes or maybe a couple of hours since you logged out of the dungeon, you have to wait the estimated time of maximum 24 hours, as all eligible and logged out players (by the server of the game) will automatically receive your bonus ticket within these 24 hours, so please allow the estimated time to receive the bonus ticket if you are eligible.
If your game crashed only on your end, unfortunately, you would normally have to wait for a new ticket to be awarded for next week’s clear.
This is the system we have implemented at this time, because we currently do not have a way to manually re-grant daily or weekly tickets to content.
