I have added your concern about the cosmetic alterations and the desire to keep them in their original form, this is a reasonable request.
I will not get into the topic of diversity, my stance is that everyone should be included, end of that discussion.

Sure, stop silencing threads that tell the truth about the state of the game.
Maybe start listening to the community before a good chunk of your people leave, and maybe consider being more active in the community when people are giving feedback instead of trying to use it as damage control once the damage has been done.
Try to pass that on nicer, I know it came off a bit mean probably.

I’ve added a small paragraph to the communication section related to addressing hot topics and concernes with haste.
Though at this time in relation to silencing threads, it would be wise of us to also check to ensure that they’re not doubleups of currently larger threads of the same topic and or threads which have devolved into inflammatory insults to it’s participants.

I think this comes with time.
I was very annoyed this last week with AGS communication, or lack thereof, here on the forum.
These last Days the CMs really took their time and responded to threads, talked with people, take feedback, etc.
That really gave me hope for great communication and a game that gets pushed in the right direction.
As soon as that starts happening, people will be more positive, I hope.
I have high confidence in this.
I’d love to be able to be a CM for Lost Ark, but I live in OCE and I don’t know if they allow remote work xD
I’d be on the forums as often as possible addressing feedback and gathering as much data as possible.
The brilliant thing about the CMs we have is that not only do they mingle with everyone here, but the fact they’re players in this game too in their normal lives so they too understand our struggles!
Let me know if you have any other things to add to the list and I’ll address them asap!

I figured you had some pull with AGS or something and you can push this stuff through but if you’re just a normal forum user then this post is honestly about as useful as the other ones that they ignored lol.
