So, with the new express pass, I was planning to get my bard to 1415 ilvl and then do valtan. I bought both chests from oreha dungeon and argos raid however, I’m still missing a piece(helmet). As soon as I crafted the armor I switched character and when I hopped back to my alt(bard) as I was transferring my new gear, I realized I’m missing the helmet. I’ve checked everywhere, Universal storage, personal storage, The crafting abyss vendor and I still cannot find it. Is there a chance that I never claimed the item from the vendor and because I switched characters the item just disappeared?
