I didn’t expect a response super fast. I still have <30 mins to delete one of my characters to open up a spot for my Soulfist.
I understand you don’t have any slot available for the restoration but no need to worry, i have set up a timer for 30 minutes. Once character slot would ready, i will restore.

Do I still need to be disconnected at this current time or can I log back in and it will disconnect me while you are on the process of restoring my alternate chac.
You can Re-connect now & please update me once you disconnect post 30 minute, so that i can recover your soulfist.

Actually it’s ready now. I deleted the character already and I am now disconnected from the game.
I’ve successfully restored your soulfist, you can launch the game now and check.
