I deleted some chars before, and i had no clue that Knowledge transfer doesn’t go down from 9/9 when you delete KT-d character.
I don’t remember the name of the char, but the class i want restored is Scrapper on Zinnervale. Is it possible? Or is it possible to get -2 knowledge transfers?

should be just level 50. Most likely not even at 460.
