Power Outage - Argos Run

I had a power outage while doing an Argos run. Completely on my side, but I was not expecting to log back in and have the rewards, but I have heard that I will get a voucher to do it again. is that true? Do I need to create a support ticket to get that? Just wondering, thanks!

It seems this has been happening a lot today, You should recieve a re-entry ticket via in-game mail in less than 24h, but you can always contact support though: Contact Us | Amazon Games

Only if the rest of the raid quit out and didn’t claim any reward. Otherwise nothing for you.


You could contact support, but they aren’t going to do anything for you.
