I had a power outage while doing an Argos run. Completely on my side, but I was not expecting to log back in and have the rewards, but I have heard that I will get a voucher to do it again. is that true? Do I need to create a support ticket to get that? Just wondering, thanks!

It seems this has been happening a lot today, You should recieve a re-entry ticket via in-game mail in less than 24h, but you can always contact support though:

As a few players may have already seen, in an effort to help improve these less than ideal experiences we now have a system in place that will re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance) when a game server crash or outage occurs during play…
Aditionally, here’s a CM response on a similar issue from today:
Hi guys if this happen on your end , please wait to our automatic system to help to sent the check the tickets for the affected users in case the game crashed on our end (by the game server).
Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects. Additionally, receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate
It might take within 24 hours for the ticket to be send if applicable.
