Today at reset, Started an Argos Group, while still at P1, I’ve receive a power Outage to the entire street, it was for more than 1 Hour, when entered the game again, I see my entry
exceeded, is there anyway to reset it? I was at P1 part, and didn’t even get rewards for it.
If you haven’t recieve a re-entry ticket on your mail, you should probably get it in less than 24h (max 48h) but you can always contact support to get it faster: Contact Us | Amazon Games

For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket.

The thing is, waa a power outage from the entire street where i live, from qhat ive saw a refund only happens when its from server side and no related with end user.
I live on a third world country, I have had multiple power outages during raids and stuff, and always got the ticket back, though there was this 1 time I got it after 2 days, automatically, didn’t contact support or anything I just accepted a 500g lost since it wasn’t a big deal.
There was this 1 day I got like 3 or 4 power outages in a day, all of them during Vykas runs.

Please note, If the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually, given it only recognizes server outages or crashes in order to grant these back.
