I have the same problem, after 2x Power Pass use, both Characters dont have World Quest.

Same issue…

HOWEVER, reading up the thread… can anyone confirm that if you get your power-passed former “alt” (now main), up to 460, you can continue the quest without having other issues?
I’d hate to grind up chaos and stuff on him just to find out that he is perma-stuck… :-/

im trying to use my power pass and it says its available then its grayed out and says i don’t have one. talk to support they said to upload a screen shot of my quest journal and a dev would fix the issue. so here it is. hopefully it gets fixed since ive spent way to much money on this game.
