Does this mean we get to headstart an alt all the way up to level 50?

We can’t skip any cut scenes at all?
It means that after completing these methods you will have two passes to raise two characters to level 50, but it is still unknown if you can get both passes together, or you have to spend one to get the second.
On the other hand, it is not known if this upload will also have secondary missions or only main ones.

I’m assuming they thought through the logistics of how to prove whether someone has watched the cutscenes and how to remedy it if 1 is skipped by accident. Realizing how impossible that is they did away with it?
