Power pass expired?

Hello guys!

I have utilized the powerpass ticket from the machinist, wich said on the ticket the expiration date would be 26/10. Until there everything okay, but when i was in the server selection screen i noticed that the powerpass didn’t have any date limit (see picture, unfortunately, i don’t have a full screen shot) and decided not to use my powerpass, but now it isn’t there anymore, can i receive it back, as it wasn’t clear that the powerpass would expire day 26?

The free Punika Powerpass did expire as it was planned for it to do so on October 26th, as mentioned in the Rage with the Machinist Release Notes from when it was first released. The Powerpass in-game should’ve shown the right expiration date when in the form of the ticket claimed by mail, but it did show “No Limit” in the login screen, this is a known visual bug and did not reflect the right expiration date, unfortunately we can’t restore an expired Powerpass.

That is really stupid but oh well

But we weren’t informed of this visual bug, and how can the game let it be and don’t expect to have issues with it? At least you guys could extend it since it was a bug on the game end.

this bug should also be mention in release notes right? if there is some bug, shouldn’t it also be mention in release note? THAT WE ARE THE DEVELOPERS STILL CAN NOT FIX THE BUG AND NO LIMIT IS KNOW VISUAL BUG

I have also lost 2 power passes marked as “No Limit”. I do not accept the statement of “Visual bug” as that is bogus.

Please provide a solution.

A visual bug isn’t a reason to why we shouldn’t be compensated by a mistake of the game.

And this game is very limited on the caracters you can grow by youserlf, since it has a limit on KT and nobody should be spending 10+ hours AGAIN to level up a character and +days of progression to get to punika.

Myself included, i don’t have any KT left anymore, so, to put another caracter on punika is just inviable to me without a powerpass.

A long time known bug allready with the last powerpass

If this was a visual bug, the game should have announced it to the players. And there were even posts seeking confirmation long before today, but no confirmation was given. Why is there no accountability?

Will there be a visual bug that caused people to pay more than what was intended? Oh wait. It already happened with the Shiba Inu pet package.

And even if the same thing happened with previous power pass, do you expect all your players to use the forum? There should have been an official announcement by AGS.

Example:

EDIT: The loss of the power pass doesn’t set me back that much, but when can we expect the game to function properly? So that when it says “No limit”, it’s really no limit? What’s the next visual bug that will critically impact the players?

And why does players are being punished for this “KNOWN” bug??? No one said anything about this bug, nothing in patch notes, nothing in roadmap, no nothing. I could have boosted 2 characters to Punika but now I got nothing because in-game text said No expiration date?

Also, I had two powerpass one from Machinist class and one from previous class release. Why didn’t my previous powerpass didn’t expire when it’s time came but now they both expire?

This whole thing smells scummy to me.

It’s a visual bug that we are award from almost 1 month, with Scouter released they said in patch notes that PowePass will expire today so ye, there was a visual bug but que already know that the parch will expire today so it’s your fault. Majority of the players knew it

this bug wasn’t in the patch notes and any other official communications, how they can expect us to know it?

They communicated many times in forums cause ppl were asking, also if you read patch notes it is said that PP expires today so, idk man, for me it was very clear because this also happened with the last PP

I only read patch notes. AND they never said the ‘No expiration date’ on login screen is a visual bug. Never once.

And no, the last Powerpass also didn’t expire. I had both of them 'till today.

Even if they wrote in patch notes, there should be warning in game too, not all people read everything , they just play. You can’t blame a player for playing only

the foruns can’t be realy counted on this, very few people keep up with them. and it said it will expire, but the powerpass function by the ticket and by the message on the server, how can we know that one or another would expire on the date if the game is bugged and not functioning properly? the announcement wasn’t very clear either on this matter on the site, it said the powerpass, but never the actual powerpass or the ticket given

Are you saying that the majority of forum users knew about it, so you don’t have to post a notice? I don’t understand what you’re saying. And even though they knew it was a text bug, they didn’t fix it or announce it. so it’s a lie to understand that. If you buy food and have an upset stomach because the expiration date is incorrectly marked, can you also say that it’s not their fault?

If you read patch notes you should know that it would expire today. Also, they can’t say in patch notes of November that there is a bug with the PP cause they can’t know it if they didn’t even release it while they were writing patch notes.

It is completely beyond my comprehension WHY somebody defends them? We lost power passes, Amazon/AGS did crap again, and YOU defend them?
