I’m just saying that everyone who read patch notes would notice it, email said it and even Roxx stated this in forums so, if you didn’t notice it is your fault for missreading and don’t asking for it when you could cause the only PP they gave with no limit expiration date is 2 PP you get when you end North Vern for first time

You are defending the AGS. It’s right to announce all the problems. It’s silly to understand that you don’t do it all.
Please don’t embarrass yourself, because your answers without taking into consideration all information posted on this thread could suggest that your IQ is just above room temperature.
I agree that In patch notes was information that you get a Power pass that expires on the 28.
Then you get in the game item that stated it will expire on the 26th. After claiming it I could see every day on my login screen that the Pass granted to me had no expiration day. So it is easy to assume that you just needed to claim it before the 26th of October and not that you need to be aware of a well-known bug that actually wasn’t documented anywhere easily accessed by everyone just apparently mentioned once or twice in some random forum post. I do NOT need to read all patch notes (I do) but I should be able to follow information given to me in game and that one was misleading.

There’s no a single game that announce every single bug they have
we read the patchnotes, and it didn’t tell us nothing about the loggin screen being bugged. so wich information should be trusted? the patch notes or the game telling me that there was no expiration date?
i just got back to the game yesterday and lost a power pass because they didn’t addressed the issue.
if they confirmed that the logging screen text was a bug and the expiration date was today, then i would not be complain about this.
So what are you saying is that the gave you AT LEAST 3 ways to notice that PP had a visual bug and its they fault you didn’t see those?
Re read it carefully. Because you clearly misunderstand what I wrote.
They wrote patch notes before releasing PP so they couldn’t know that it was bugged so how are they gonna say in patch notes that it was a bug when they didn’t even release the patch? Makes no sense
Stop assuming everyone has the time/effort to read every single post posted on forum.
If it’s neither on website nor official forum announcements that it’s a visual bug, AGS didn’t do enough.
They still had over a month to notice a bug and let people know about it. But they didn’t.
there was an entire month of the screen being bugged. if they didn’t address it, it wasn’t our fault.

What are you talking about? Are you saying that we don’t have to inform you that there’s no game to alert you to all bugs? You can’t talk because you’re a person who doesn’t think. People know because they have announced that there is a problem with content using tickets If there was no notice, everyone would know that there was a problem if they used it themselves.
If you don’t have time to, you wouldn’t even see the bug anyway
the foruns doesn’t get to everyone, you just don’t uderstand this. the site would have, but the foruns don’t.
So a know bug, that you could easily solve, is players fault? Since the player is the one beeing mislead… and now has no powerpass.

Might take a look at BDO, they instantly announce a bug INGAME , where everyone who play can notice, they even have a " known issues" announcement updated every week of fixed bugs.

The AGS is 100 per cent wrong on this issue. I had to inform people through the notice, and if there was the same problem last time, I should have informed more through the notice. If there was a bug, people should have been informed through a notice. People are playing games, not coming to forums. Just because you come to the forum and talk doesn’t mean everyone knows.
