Smilegate in Korea informs you of any bugs in its patch notes every week. Everything is being said and AGS should have given a notice of a known bug, if not all.
@Fanduh we need to know if AGS is just gonna ignore it or we will be compensated for this issue.
How can a bug be in the game for an entire month and not being addressed in the site, something as big as this that mislead people to loose their powerpass.
@voy Unfortunately we donât have any additional information regarding this topic, since the expiration date for the Powerpass was stated in the patch notes when the Powerpass was released we cannot guarantee there can be any compensation, however keep an eye out in the Official News section of the forum for any potential updates.

The game stated âNo Limitâ on both of my power passes. The game is the source of truth.
That answer is technically not correct because PowerPasses can be re-injected.
And calling the âNo Limitâ label a âknown visual bugâ that existed for several WEEKS btwâŚI have no words lol.
It was stated in patch notes, also it was stated in ingame mail where you got the PP and also in forums by CMâs so, if only 1 source of information is wrong and many others are well, ye, it could bee always like that from now on because itâs your fault for didnât see all the information you were beeing given through and entire month ^^
Again, your IN GAME MAIL also said when you clamed your PP that it would expire today. The game is the source of the truth ^^

thats the problem, no consistance in the info.
but if you canât uderstand that, then we have no point in discussing it with you.
But they gave consistance info in patch notes, and official forums via CMâs, also in game.
I canât understand why if you have 3 different sources of RIGHT info, you are highlinting only the wrong one, if you didnât see the right info is just your fault because itâs predominant over wrong info

if you could spare a moment, maybe you could clarify what you mean by: âthis is a known visual bugâ. Is it known by the devs and they just couldnât find the time to fix the bug? Or do you mean it in a sense, that it is widly known in the community and everyone is aware? Because that would be a false assumption, as it was news to me, that âno limitâ is a visual bug.

This bug has been acknowledged by the team as the same situation happened with the previous free Punika Powerpass, as highlighted in this post from back then:
As of now all free Powerpasses besides the 2 North Vern ones have been set to expire at some point.

If you guys acknowledged the issue, why not release an official note in the official channels?
We canât be expected to keep up with every topic in this forum just to know the issues in the game.

But the info of the expiration date is there an itâs the right one.
Info from CMâs is replying to post like this one asking for this bug, not an Official New so you are not gonna find it at Office News topics.
You also could see more information not only that, the description of the power pass before using it said that it will expire today
That is truly unfortunate and would explain why I never learned this before. So far Iâve always used the event Powerpasses during the event-period. I hope for your and our sake, that this bug will be fixed in the future as it creates a lot of unnecessary confusion, emotions and work.

If you knew that there was supposed to be an expiration day because THEY SAID IT IN THE PATCH NOTES but then you saw something that say other thing then you should ask here in forums, or search a bit for info, because as you can see, they clarifyed it
how could we know? if it isnât listed as a bug by the patch notes.
nobody is obligated to follow every CMâs reply, the important news should be released on the official channels, such as the âOfficial Newsâ in this forum or the site.
as i said, after the use, that was the information that was persistent, so itâs shouldnât be a problem to take it as the truth, since the problemas was never acknowledged in any official channel
