Power Pass on new server

Hi guys! I’m playing on Neria but after a while decided to change server to Nineveh cuz of the queues, i wanted to ask why can’t I use the Power Pass on Nineveh? I used my first one on Neria but I still have 1 unused.

I’m asking since I read from Roxxx that those are Regional e can be used in any server avaible.

The cake is a lie. 2 per region don’t mess up and claim the thing from the system that is misleading and not explained properly.
