After I updated game have entered my main account (old) beatrice server which is game send me punikka powerpass with in mail but I want use this power pass on kadan server, I didn’t claimed it from mail.

Thank you for sharing your concern related to Power Pass to move it from one server to another.
For your information, if you’ve already finished the quest before the update, you’ll get the Powerpass when the event starts! This Event Powerpass will be delivered via in-game mail.
Since you have already received the Powerpass in the mail, it cannot be transferred or moved to another server, it is not possible from our end also to do it manually.
I hope you can understand the limitations from our end.

I did not claimed it from my in game mail just received a mail with powerpass.
I completely understand your concern @Tzeentch, but it is not possible to switch the Powerpass from one server to another even though it is unclaimed and lying in your mail.
The same cannot be done from our end also manually so I request you to claim the Powerpass on the server on which you received it.
