I activated Powerpass after reaching the port at Sushire. As I was progressing through the powerpass, it showed memory of Sushire quests that I have not even started. Also, the Adventure Tome was at 30% when I have done none. I accepted the rewards, but as the screenshot indicates, I have not done the the quests or have activated the Triports. The Tome says its activated 100%, but I have only 1 triport activated in the Sushire.
