So i just logged onto lost ark for the first time in about a month, i acquired the Punika power pass from my mail. I right clicked it in inventory to add it to my account, Everything said successful. I went to character select screen and there is NO punika power pass available despite me just acquiring it. Can anyone help me or refund me a new punika power pass that ISN’T bugged??? Would very much like some help please and thank you.
