Powerpass compensation not recieved

I still haven’t received the Punika compensation for the powerpasses being disabled. I used the powerpass on Monday when the passes were re-enabled and fit the criteria that the other posts mention.

My guildmates and friends have received their compensation while I haven’t so I am just curious if the rewards are still rolling out or was I somehow missed?
