Powerpass didnt work - my character gear score is messed up

I used the Punika powerpass. It moved my character to Punkia and recorded my gear score on the login screen as 1302. However in the game I am still GS 1000, the gear I had before using the pass.

There is no gear that gets me to 1302. None in the mail, inventory or product inventory. Nothing. And I never equipped 1302 gear yet on the character screen it shows me as 1302…but when I actually login Im not. Something is messed up.

I already put in a support ticket through Amazon games support – but havent received any sort of correspondence.

please help. My character is stuck in some sort of tier 2 tier 3 purgatory
