Posting for my friend here. She left the game after July patch. Finished Berver’s quest but wasn’t able to claim the Punika Powerpass from the mail. Looking to play again now but Powerpass nowhere to be found. Is it possible to retrieve it again?

I understand your friend get the Punika Powerpass, July, and now that she is back, it is nowhere to be found.
The Powerpass is selected in the character selection screen, It even show itself in yellow letter when available. Can your friend confirm if the option seems available there? If not please confirm to start diving deep on the case.

Wanted her to use it before it expires on the 28th. Mail is also basically empty.
Thanks for confirming and the pictures. I this case please proceed to contact AGS support to request an investigation in order to request this missing Powerpass to be restored. Remember to link this post to the request in case you seen it necessary.
