Currently, the two powerpasses you get from the game is server locked. If you perform the quest to unlock it, it will be locked to your server.

This means you cannot use it on any other server.

This is particularly an issue for european players as changing server has been promoted and also been encouraged.

You mean server or region? For what I understand, the passes are separate per region. So 2 for euw, 2 for euc. But they should be available in all servers. I guess you just have to redeem the powerpass ticket from the mail in the server you want…
