Powerpass mail but not usable on characters

Hello, so i finished the ealyn’s gift quest did a lot of things on side and remembered i could boost a character. When i tried to do so i wasn’t able to. I checked if i recieved the pass and surprisingly i can see the mail empty. So am i missing something ? Why can’t i use the power pass ?

It’s an actual item in your inventory that you have to use to make it available for use on character selection.
