Powerpass no image bug again

Whenever I click powerpass, it shows no images,
I have finished vern more than 2 times, cleared punika more than once.
I did bought some gold from currency exchange place,
is it because of that or is it because i dont have any royal crystals?
I went to the other server as well but it still show no image.

Please fix it if its not my fault. I did not used Punika powerpass yet.

All Powerpass purchases have been temporarily disabled within the in-game store as we work to resolve an unintended issue with them. If you attempt to purchase a powerpass at this time, you will receive an error notice and your purchase will not go through.

Additionally, Powerpasses earned in-game will not be usable by any characters until this is resolved.

I would like to inform you that all the Powerpasses have been disabled for the time being and that’s the reason why the Powerpass image is not visible.
