So I wasnt sure about if the powerpass system works on another server(in the same region) as I have two set of friend groups that I wanted to play with. So my first server was Una I got my first class to level 50 got my first powerpass use it to make a gunslinger. However I wanted to start playing on a different server for my other friends. I made a character on Vykas took that character all the way to 50 and got my second powerpass. Now the key to this was I hadn’t made it through the story recap on my gunslinger. I got about halfway through and just figured I would test to see if the powerpass would work and granted it did. It sucks that you have to level from 1 but I’m glad it works as because some of the communication from some of the devs suggested that it might not work. Happy to say it does
yes, same region you have to level from beginning again (go through the story twice) and not use your alt until you get the second powerpass from completing the story again on your newly created character on that different server.
Yeah the problem is that you lose one powerpass if you switch server since most people will abandon their first roster once they catch up on the new one… so i feel like they screwed me over when they said i will be compensated if i switch to less populated, the powerpass is worth more to me then my founderspack since it saves me time and get me an alt that can increase the materials i can farm per day drasticly… just got to 50 on the new server and dont realy care that much about all i lost on my first server… exept for the powerpass that realy sucks…
I understand it does suck that we lost a powerpsss use. I’m not sure if you know about the knowledge check/transfer system. It allows you to level alts through your stronghold. You really only have to do the story once. This does cost gold so there’s that’s.
But there is another way to level Alts that doesn’t take you going through the story again.
yeah ive heard that you can do that , but i dont have that unlocked yet since i started over and kind of wanna invest the little gold i have in crystals this early on… do you know if you can knowlege transfer an unlimited amount of times or finite btw?
So you only get 5 slots for free one is your main, they give you all of your f2p spots. So your only losing out if you plan on paying for extra character slots. Gold is not really important in tier 1 or 2. 600g is not a lot of gold either. Can easily be made back through weekly abyssal dungeons with alts as well.
why are you here arguing your subjective opinion? i do intend to get more slots and i like playing every class in games like this, 1200 gold is alot right know considering it would othewise be spent o crystals so it does halt my progress and is a inconvinience for me…
