Powerpass Placed on the Wrong Character

Good afternoon,

I’m wondering if there is anyway to reverse a mistake I made by accidentally adding a Vern Powerpass to a character who was already item level 820. I thought it just needed to be accepted and used at the character screen, not realizing that the character you accept it on seems to make all the difference.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you used the powerpass on the wrong character.

Once you use the powerpass we are not able to revert the action, we don’t have a way to change the character that you used and apply the powerpass again. I apologize for the inconvenience.

If that is the case, then I would like to lend my voice to those asking for more powerpasses to be made available simply through the shop. This is a very easy mistake to make and if it cannot be corrected through support, players should have the option to correct it on their own.

I got the Feiton pass on lv950 character. And they are not able to revert it nor grant me a new pass :smiling_face_with_tear:
