Unfortunately if you delete your character you will not receive your Powerpass back.

I’m sorry if i wasn’t clear enough on the first post, what i meant to say is that even if you delete your character you will not be able to use that Powerpass on another character because your character already consumed the Powerpass and we are unable to revert this action.
