I did a PowerPass on an alt. It obviously blew past a bunch of content including Tortoyk. I want to build rapport on that alt with the Elder Toto on Toto Silver Isle. I have a prerequisite purple quest that I need to complete that I believe (I did it on my main) the same Elder offers.
But he’s not offering it to me. No quest markers on the island at all.
I think the Tortoyk World Quest is a pre-requisite for him to offer the Adventure Quest but I’ve already completed it on my main? He’s at 356 ilvl right now, not 460 (no Rohendel). Is that the issue?
