During the 1st-2nd day of headstart I claimed a powerpass on Valtan but did not use it on a character yet thinking my friends would join me on launch. The day after, the character creation lockouts were announced and at launch my friends decided to start on Shandi instead. I now have another powerpass claimed and used in Shandi, but cannot receive my second because I already have one in Valtan.
I’ve been told that power passes are limited to 2 per region, but once they are “claimed” on a server, it can only be used on that server.
Please consider making power passes region wide after claiming on a server as well, or something to that effect. I am almost certain there are more people having this exact same issue because of the sudden character creation lockouts at launch.
