A few weeks ago my Powerpass button went from yellow to gray at the character selection screen. I haven’t used one, nor created a new character; I’ve only had one character since launch. I click on the Powerpass button and it says “You do not have a Pass and therefore cannot use one.” I reached out to support via Chat for assistance in mid-April but I haven’t had any updates on this issue. I’ve sent them screenshots, and even a video of me claiming and binding the newly released Feiton Powerpass, only for the Powerpass button to stay gray because I had a feeling that the issue would still persist, and I was right.
So I’m reaching out to the forums for some help with this. Thank you in advance.

I apologize about this unexpected situation where looks like you are unable to use the powerpass. Normally the powerpass is sent by email to your firs lvl 50 character and its a ticket that you use (right click) and after that process you can create a new character and use the pass as you preffer.
Let me know your character name and server so i can have look in order to track your ticket.

Yes, I was able to claim the passes normally, unfortunately it says that I don’t any. My existing ticket number is D43836309
Have you tried the pass on a low level character? Looks like you’re trying to apply it to your level 53 character??

After researching on your account I can confirm that you receive the passes normaly and they were claimed correctly.
In the picture that you shared is not clear wich character is selected looks to me that is your lvl 53 character selected and you must create a new character low level to use the power pass also I can see that the account have just 1 character.

I do understand that it will not work with my current character, the problem is Lost Ark is saying that I have no passes. The Powerpass button on the character select screen was yellow confirming that I binded my first pass which was the Vern one, then one day the button just grayed out.
Are you saying that if I create a new character, the Powerpass button will turn yellow and it will become available again? Truthfully, that sounds kinda backwards.
weird you didnt try this first tbh. its sounds to me like its saying you have no passes to use on your level 53 which makes total sense.

If you have already used the vern pass (right click on the ticket) means that you have it usable on your account and can only be applied to a low lvl character that you want to boost to lvl 50.
My advice at this time will be to create a new character that you want to level up and try to apply it on that one and check if the option becomes available.
