Pre-download not working

i cant pre-download the game i dont have any packs just wanna know if the pre-download will only be available for ppl who bought the packs or everyone

Everyone should be able to pre-download – go ahead and restart your Steam client/PC, but also note that it can take a few minutes for the pre-download to populate Steam-side for some folks

are you in a blocked region? if so, use a vpn.

I am having this problem. after i click pre-load. It just says preparing to launch lost-ark, then returns back to lost ark store screen without doing anything.

Can you delete the Lost Ark from your disk management and try re-download? Sometimes steam gets a bit funky.

I got in early. And I had selected the closest possible download server (Under Settings > Downloads > Region Settings). Took all of 20 minutes to download. :sunglasses:

Now the challenge will be trying to sleep…

it did not work using normal net in UK. was forced to do what was suggested used a vpn and set on USA, then it started the pre-load. Steam is bugging hard, should have made a standalone client.

I’m not 100% sure I got it downloaded as in the file it say empty…

Anyone know where I can see that it is downloaded, I mean I spent over 3h+ yesterday to download it.

I also download from UK, so I wounder if I need to do something like arshad_ismael

its somwhere in steam files cyphered when they start servers steam will decypher files and put them in proper folders, havent bothered checking where they are exactly so cant give you that info sadly

57/57 means it is already downloaded. If you are still unsure check the steamapp folder on your computer.

so you mean the game is out of “scheduled” and finished downloading and showing in the lost ark folder?
