I predownloaded yesterday but now steam is telling me to download and it’s not downloading when I press it either. Is this happening for others as well?

restarting steam or restarting the computer doesn’t work at all

I’ve closed steam, restarted pc, sacrificed a goat, and it doesn’t work either.
They made a statement like 30 minutes ago saying that they’re aware of the problem and are working with steam to get it fixed ASAP.
Lets hope that is true, because some people paid to play before release. I dont want to wait a day or two until its fixed.

i have the same problem i press download and it disapears and it goes to the top of the page, i live in the netherlands but my account is from greece, i saw in reddit that NL/BE have a law for gambling so that’s why we can’t download is that true?
