Previous month rewards dissapeared and weren't complete

This is from amazon support to my ticket regarding the issue (9 days without answer):

“We have a response: The rewards for last month are already finished. The additional 5 days is for the new login rewards and does not affect the last months login rewards.”

This is in direct opposition to what they put in the patch note.

Yeah, and the “last day” from the log in bonus was removed (timeline what was showed on the log in reward screen)? That was the day when i should get the LED glasses. They said that case is closed and they cant do anything more for me.

So Amazon are telling us two different pieces of information that directly oppose each other piece of information?
