Did the KR ever had one? If no, then I highly doubt they will ever spend time and resources developing it.
To answer your edit, it isn’t a matter of need it or not, it is a matter of they won’t develop it. They didn’t in all these years of the game already launched and they won’t do it now for only one region.
Ill quit if theres a pride month event
