I recently claimed my Prime gaming loot and after relaunching the game I still haven’t gotten the loot. Can you guys help me with this?

I’m sorry you’re having issues with twitch and prime gaming loot drops.
Could you please check the following?
- Ensure that they you gone through the connection steps at the bottom of this page: Twitch Drops | Lost Ark - Free to Play MMO Action RPG
- Unlink & re-link the Steam & Twitch accounts
- Ensure that you have completed the drop requirements by watching the officially supported streamers for the required amount of time
Some players were able to resolve this by the TS mentioned above, if you already did it just try one more time to make sure we aren’t missing any step.
If the issue still persists, I would advise you to kindly contact our live support using the link mentioned below, and create support ticket you can refer this forum post to them as well.

Hi, I just found out that the Steam account linked to my Twitch account was the wrong account and I’ve not claimed anything nor logged onto the wrong account. Can I have the Prime Loot be transferred to the new Steam account instead?

Unfortunately at this point, due to you already claimed the drops with that account the items are link to them and there is no actions we can do to move or transfer those things to a different Steam/Lost Ark account.
My apologies for the inconvenience this may caused to you and thank you for your understanding and patience.
Now that you’ve re-linked the accounts with the right Steam account you will receive the new drops you claim.
