Problem entering Kakul Saydon Raid


My guild group and I tried to enter Kakul Saydon this evening and it bugged and did not start. We disbanded the group, I re-invited everyone and the game instantly brought me into the raid without re-queing into it.

I was the only member of my party (no one in the party changed) that entered the raid, without prompt when the group reformed.

It wouldn’t load so I alt+f4’d, I re-opened my game and now I am being told that I have exceeded entry count.

Pls fix, or provide a solution to fix as my party is waiting and I would like to get onto the content.

I do apologies for this inconvenience about the Kakul Saydon raid.

For the entry ticket, we have to wait for the auto-system to confirm if the it can be re-granted.

  • The current auto-system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

  • Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

This is inconvenient, surely there is a chronobreak/reset style system that can reset an instance for re-entry? That seems a fairly basic concept that all Triple A titles/high profile games should have as a default.

Is there a way to ensure a ticket is coming? Judging by what I have read on the forums and Reddit it seems this system is spotty at best. I feel I am being punished and unable to access content due to a server glitch/error that I can not control.

I have replied to Roxx’s comment. As stated above it does not look promising for receiving the ticket for re-entry.

This is extremely disappointing from a customer perspective. I should not have to worry about how I exit the game after a weird game side glitch in order to not lock my self out of content for a week.
