Good Morning, I used to play on the Arcturus/SA server, but now I’m playing on Kazeros/SA since my friends are there. However, punika powerpass was delivered on Arcturus server, but I would like to use it on Kazeros server, how can I solve this? I know I need to do the quest “The Friendship of Bever” to receive the powerpass and I’ve done it on Arcturus, but not yet on Kazeros, although I already have a character in t3. If I do the quest on Kazeros, will I also receive the pass to be used on that Server? Anyway, I just want to use the pass in KAzeros, how do I solve this?

Unfortunately if you already claimed the powerpass on Arcturus server it can not be moved to Kazeros.
The powerpass item arrives in the account/roster inbox and you can claim it in the character that has done the quest in the server that you preffer, but if you claimed it with one of the characters on the first server (Arcturus), the PP will no longer appear because it is one per account.

If you have not claimed the Powerpass and it still in your roster inventory, then you will be able to get it and claim it in Kazeros with your character as soon as you finish the quest.
The punika pass received on arcturus is still in the email, I didn’t claim it.
