Hello! I just wonder, that will you refound my missing Crystaline Aura because it is not active since Saturday and also today I can’t enter queue, so also I can’t use this aura and time is running? I understand that a lot people want to play, but is annoying that you pay for something, and can’t use it, morover I understand there are queues now, but if I can’t even join queue is very unfair… You should shutdown the game for everyone till you repair this or let everyone joins queues.
