Hello. I bought a costume for a friend from the store, unfortunately I can’t give it to him and it’s my fault because I didn’t notice the words ‘Untradable’. Now I have two the same costumes (Altar for Striker) and I can’t do anything about it, I lost my blue crystals (840). Can anyone help me with this?

Sadly, I do not think that anyone can/will help you with this.
As you already mentioned, the blue crystal skins are tagged with being “untradeable” while the royal crystal skins are not. That is to prevent players from buying skins with blue crystals and selling them for gold.
This way you’ll have to spend real money to sell something for gold. The other way around would mess with their economy in regards to the currency exchange.
Because it is tagged as “untradeable” I do not think you’ll be able to get a refund for this sadly. I nearly made the same mistake, as I thought about spending my blue crystals for skins and then selling those on the AH to buy another skin. But fortunately I saw the “untradeable” tag just before I was about to do the purchase.
